I use another mail system than Outlook
or Outlook Express.
To write and send your order, the software open
by default the mailing system you have set up in your Internet’s
options, that is generally, if you have Windows, Outlook or
Outlook Express. If you use Netscape, Eudora, AOL or any other
mailing system else, you have to set up it as your mailing system
by default (by installing the new system, or by setting it in
your Internet’s options).
Note for Netscape users : to formate your orders well, Netscape
must be set on « Text » format (don’t use
HTML format).
Mozilla’s users : Your order’s e-mail is rightly written if it’s made of several lines, and each one begins with a capital letter (A, Z, …) (Mozilla sometimes puts together all the lines in a one).
