Problem is your order is not for the area you have chosen.
It may be a matter of wrong set “size of characters” for your PC. Navimail is only fit for computers setting on “small size characters”. Please go and verify if it’s the case : in the menu of your Configuration Panel, open the window to set the parameters of your screen (as for “number of colours” , “scan frequency”, …).
