Error’s message is : « compte inactif ou inexistant ».
That is to inform you that you wasn’t recognized by our system. It can be caused by different ways :
You have changed the e-mail address you use to send your order (or you have miswritten it):
Please note that, to use Navimail, you must use the same address both to send and to receive, and it must be the address you registered by opening your account.
So you have to go in your account and modify its registered e-mail address.
Open your account
After having sent, click on « Gérer vos informations personnelles », you access to the page with the data of your account and the menu to manage them.
If you want to use two addresses during the same period (by example, one when you’re at home and one when you’re on your boat), you have to open two different accounts, each one for one address.
Sorry, to send your order from a PC at home and to receive the deliveries on a boat, you have to receive them first at home then to forward them (or make them to be automatically forwarded) to the boat.
Your subscription wasn’t registered well.
Please try to open your account, by entering your customer number and your password. After having clicked on the arrow over “Go”, the identification windows must disappear and, by clicking on « Gérer mes informations personnelles », you access to the page with the data of your account and the menu to manage them. If it doesn’t work, please contact gestionnaire@meteo.fr to make your subscription be controlled.
