Error is "ATTENTION: Extraction nulle (requête incorrecte)".

That happens in any of these three cases :
- Your order is for a place on earth. By default, data on earth are not to be given, so, if you have set a cape and a speed which put your boat on earth at the range you wanted, there is no data to deliver.
CORRECTION: in the window « geographical zone », change speed and / or cape, or, in the window « Options » of this geographical area, click on « Yes » in the case « data over ground ».

- Your order put your boat outside the geographical zone you were, for example, order in France with a range you will be in Europe.
CORRECTION: in the window « geographical zone », change the point you are or speed or cape to stay in the zone you are, or, choose the geographical zone you will be to order.

- You’re asking for a not yet available range. For the geographical areas « Europe » and « France », numbers of the available ranges depend on the last rush available at the moment you order (See Operating instructions then Domain). If you’re asking for a range further than the last available one, Navimail can’t deliver you this one.
CORRECTION: change the range of your order.
