Error is "ERROR/analyseur_bull/ bulletin/image absent : bms_...".
It’s rare there’s a missing product, except for ... "bms" bulletins. These are "Bulletins Météorologiques Spéciaux". They are to inform about an escalation, that may be quick, of the meteorological parameters. These security bulletins are aimed to warn all concerned people (authorities, sailors, media,...)
As those are available in Navimail by order, their missing is understood as an error.
For security purposes, you must order both the complete normal message AND the special BMS associated message (remember these are free products). By example :

Please note that, in no case, weather informations by e-mail can take place of watching carefully the GMDSS security bulletins (broadcasted by Cross on VHF and SSB, Navtex or Inmarsat-C).
